Terms of use
Use of this website is governed by these terms, including the content and services made available to users. GRAMAR therefore asks you to read these terms carefully, as they contain all the information relating to your rights and obligations.
Please note that merely accessing the website makes you a "user" of it and, in doing so, you expressly, automatically and voluntarily accept the terms in force at any given time. If you do not wish to accept them, we recommend that you stop using the website.
GRAMAR reserves the exclusive right, at any time, to review these terms in order to introduce changes arising from legislative amendments or corporate decisions, undertaking to publish and thereby inform users of any variations that may affect them. Such changes shall be deemed accepted if the user continues to use the website.
Likewise, GRAMAR reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the structure and design of the website, as well as its services or content. On the same terms, access to the website may be suspended during modification, repair, update or improvement work.
As a result of the changes to the website described in the preceding paragraph, new content or services may be added which, in addition to being subject to these Terms of Use, are also subject to Particular or Special Conditions that extend or replace these terms. User obligations and responsibilities
When using this website, the user undertakes not to contravene applicable law, good faith, custom or public order, and any use for unlawful, misleading, malicious or harmful purposes against GRAMAR or third parties is prohibited. Use must therefore be appropriate and proper, and the user must refrain from conduct that harms the image, interests and/or rights of GRAMAR and/or third parties, or that damages, disables or overloads the website. Users must also refrain from accessing, using and/or manipulating GRAMAR's data.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information in communications with GRAMAR and shall be solely liable for any damage or loss that such information may cause, whether to GRAMAR or to third parties, if it is inaccurate or false.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the minimum technical and internet connection requirements needed to use the website properly. Consequently, GRAMAR accepts no liability whatsoever for the inadequacy of the technical requirements of the user's equipment that prevents proper operation.
GRAMAR reserves the right to take the legal action necessary to defend its interests, or to temporarily suspend access to the website without prior notice for maintenance, repair, update or improvement work.
The user undertakes to use this website in accordance with the following:
- The user undertakes not to cause damage, interruptions, inefficiencies or defects in its operation or in the computer systems of any third party or, where applicable, of GRAMAR. - The user is strictly prohibited, by way of example but not limitation, from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, reproducing, translating, modifying, versioning, commercialising, duplicating, transforming or transmitting to third parties, in whole or in part, the website, as well as from removing, manipulating or altering in any way any notice or physical or logical label that includes GRAMAR's proprietary rights over the application.
- The user undertakes not to breach, or attempt to breach, the security or authentication measures of this website or of any network connected to it, including the security or protection measures for the content hosted on this website.
- Use of the website does not imply acceptance, approval and/or knowledge by GRAMAR of any improper use made of the website, since GRAMAR only grants the user permission to use it properly, in accordance with this agreement. The user is solely responsible for the proper use of the website.
- All rights not expressly included in these terms of use, including intellectual and industrial property rights, are reserved to GRAMAR.
- The user undertakes not to use this website to process other users' personal data.
- Preventing the normal running of an event, contest, promotion or any other similar activity on this website.
Intellectual and industrial property
GRAMAR owns, or holds the authorisations and/or licences over, the exploitation rights to the intellectual and industrial property of the content, photographs, videos, designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks or any other sign capable of commercialisation or industrial use displayed on the website, which are protected by, among others, national and international intellectual and industrial property rules.
Under no circumstances may access to, browsing of and use of this website by the user, or the contracting of services and/or products, be understood as giving rise to a licence, transfer, assignment or waiver, in whole or in part, of the rights set out in this document in favour of the user. This licence does not allow derivative works to be created or commercial use to be made of the original work; that is, only non-commercial uses and purposes are permitted, except as expressly agreed in particular conditions with users.
Links policy
This website may contain links to third-party websites. GRAMAR informs users that those websites are managed by third parties and that GRAMAR bears no responsibility for them.
In any event, should a user detect that third-party websites are carrying out illegal activities or breaching applicable law, we ask that this be reported directly to GRAMAR so that the case can be examined and, if appropriate, the link to the website disabled.

Company liability
GRAMAR does not guarantee the reliability, usefulness or accuracy of absolutely all the information on this website. GRAMAR therefore cannot guarantee:

- Despite the technical and organisational measures adopted by GRAMAR in line with the current state of the art, the invulnerability of the website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted.

Likewise, GRAMAR is not liable for problems arising from the malfunction or use of non-optimised versions of any type of browser, or for those arising from prolonged interruptions to the electricity supply or telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government and, in general, all cases of force majeure or fortuitous event.

In the event of a breach of any of the provisions set out in this document, GRAMAR reserves the right to take the appropriate action available under applicable law and in the exercise of its rights or obligations. Dispute resolution. Governing law and jurisdiction
The parties expressly agree that this agreement shall be governed by and construed, in all its terms and conditions, in accordance with applicable Spanish law.
The parties expressly submit any issues or disputes that may arise in relation to the interpretation, performance and execution of this agreement to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the consumer's or user's domicile, or to those of the place of performance of the contractual obligation.
